Bonus will be offered when candidate accepts a position guaranteed 24-40 hours per week and is paid
out after 6, 12, 18, and 24 months

**CLASS SCHEDULE (Washington Campus)**
August 31^st^ to September 17^th^
| No Weekends
- *August 31st*
- *September 2nd, 10th, 14th, 15th, and 17th*
- All days are **8:30 am** **- 5:00 pm***
**DUTIES**
- Administer medications that are oral, topical, nasal, rectal, metered dose inhalers, or those instilled within the eye or ear or through a g-tube
- Responsible for passing of scheduled medications that are administered on a routine basis and do not require drug calculations, dosage conversion, determination of need, or assessment of resident
- Responsible for documentation and accounting of all drugs
- Responsible to make certain all medications are administered and documented as stated on Medication Administration Record, utilizing the electronic medical record system
- Administers direct personal care to residents
- Responsible to provide a safe environment for residents and co-workers by following all established safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for using mechanical lifts and/or manually assisting resident transfers using forces up to 60 pounds frequently
- Responsible for transportation of residents requiring the physical act of pushing and/or pulling a variety of types of chairs up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Encourages the residents participation in the activity program and assists with transporting as needed
- Will make and change linen on residents beds according to the established procedure or according to the wishes of the resident
- Must respect and uphold resident rights in all regards including confidentiality of resident information
- Maintains vigil and care for dying residents and assist the resident and their family in coping with the dying process and death
- Keeps written notes and record pertinent resident information on the residents permanent record and report to the charge nurse
