Radon Mitigation Installation Technician
No Weekends • No Evenings • No On-Call
Missouri Radon Relief is seeking an experienced trades professional to join our team.
As our first field technician, you'll help set the standard for quality workmanship, professionalism, and teamwork.
While we're a new company, we're backed by years of experience in the home services industry and the proven training, systems, and support of the National Radon Defense network.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, roofing, waterproofing, or another skilled trade is strongly preferred. Previous radon mitigation experience isn't required. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, take pride in your work, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'll provide the specialized training and support needed to become an expert in radon mitigation.
What You'll Do
- Install radon mitigation systems and indoor air quality products in residential homes and commercial buildings.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each day's schedule.
- Run your jobs independently and collect payment on-site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions during the installation process.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicle.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely perform the physical demands of lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and operating multiple power tools.
