Missouri Precision Machining is a small, owner-operated CNC machine shop in Wentzville, Missouri. We specialize in prototype development, manufacturability support, short-run machining, and production work.
We are seeking an experienced part-time CNC programmer and setup machinist who can take a new job from a drawing or CAD model through programming, setup, prove-out, and an approved first production run.

You will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC equipment, producing and inspecting the first good parts, and running enough pieces to confirm that the process is stable and repeatable. Once the job is proven, it will be documented and handed off for continued production.
You will work independently and have considerable freedom in determining tooling, workholding, programming, and machining strategy. We need someone who can solve machining problems and establish a process that another machinist or operator can successfully continue.
