Job Description: Missouri Organic Recycling is seeking a safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating wheel-loaders and skid-steers while helping to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly recycling yard.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: 7:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

Environment Type: On-site

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders and skid-steers.
  • Load materials into trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain bulk yard products and ensure proper organization of materials.
  • Assist in keeping the recycling yard clean by removing trash and contaminants from brush and yard waste.
  • Perform basic upkeep of equipment, including cleaning and checking fluid levels.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and company safety standards at all times.
  • Support general grounds keeping and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications we consider:
  • Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience operating front-end loaders and skid-steers safely.
  • Good communication and customer service skills; able to interact professionally with both customers and team members.
  • Must be dependable and able to work full-time (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
