Job Description: Missouri Organic Recycling is currently seeking a dependable, organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance and administration teams with daily, full cycle accounting responsibilities. This role is ideal for problem solvers who value being part of a team.
Pay: Starting at $22.00 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoice to customers on a weekly basis
- Verify accuracy of billing data
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Record customer payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable general ledger
- Manage collections and follow up on overdue payments
- Prepare all deposits timely and accurately
- Prepare accounts receivable reports
- Provide updates on account status
- Assist with audits
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or CEO.
Qualification we Consider:

- Experience in accounts receivable or related field
