Requirements
HS Diploma Required, Associates to BS preferred. Demonstrate strong technical aptitude with modern technology. Demonstrate aptitude with audio-visual systems, IT infrastructure, intermediate networking concepts, and software applications. Ability to quickly learn & internalize technical system functionality. Self starter-strong time management and self-discipline. Previous marketing experience with knowledge in social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.... Ability to create brand awareness via content creation, ad creation and drive brand awareness and growth. Knowledge of posting content vs. running paid ads vs. full strategy. Comfortable making outbound calls weekly to acquire new wholesale dealership accounts/ partners. Confident communicator with warm, friendly personality. Comfortable working in a commission-adjacent position. Previous account management and/or sales experience with business clients preferred.
Responsibilities
- Phone based technical support: able to assist live clients and field technicians in technical troubleshooting of company products.
- Communicate solutions effectively on issues with firmware, software and other proprietary company technology.
- Work efficiently in company software and systems for issue ticket creation and client parts delivery.
- Update and maintain existing database of client systems and hardware monitoring.
- Work and train with division Director in discovery and acquisition of new Authorized Dealer account partnerships.
- Discover and facilitate technology upgrade/conversion opportunities with existing clients & customers nationwide.
- Set and manage new prospective Authorized Dealer appointments (in-person technology demos, Teams meetings, product releases) Self driven effective follow-up on prospective Dealer accounts using multiple mediums (email, text/SMS, calls) Work closely with division team in pursuit of team revenue goals as needed. Train on new and existing company technology as needed, both in-house and in-field.
- Set and manage marketing events, both local community and nationwide.
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
