Salary: $45,000 starting annual salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and identified value brought to the organization.

Benefits Clerk Job Functions:
- Provide front-line member support via phone, email, and in person, including routing inquiries and assisting with our Member Web Portal.
- Process and document communications, including calls, mail, faxes, and web inquiries.
- Maintain and update member information, including contact details and beneficiary data.
- Manage daily workflow processes such as document scanning and data entry into records systems.
- Support office operations including mailings, returned mail resolution, supply ordering, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with record retention policies, including document destruction procedures.
Our ideal Benefits Clerk should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
- Ability to communicate effectively and interface with the public.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, focused, flexible and proactive.
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to create and sustain strong working relationships
