Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces across our properties. This energetic position involves hands-on work with landscaping, new installs, and grounds maintenance to create inviting, well-kept environments. You will utilize a variety of tools and equipment to ensure landscapes are healthy, safe, and visually appealing. Whether performing routine upkeep or tackling special projects, your efforts will directly contribute to the overall aesthetic and safety of our outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance
• Use hand tools and power tools for planting, weeding, fertilizing, and mulching gardens and lawn.
• Conduct general groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and hardscape maintenance including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Assist with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure safety and health of all trees on the property.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for efficient operation and maintenance
• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices
• Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, saws, and hedge trimmers
• Excellent understanding of landscape design concepts with an eye for detail in gardening and hardscape features
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
