Wellness Specialist/Budtender

Missouri Health & Wellness Dispensary in Jefferson City, MO is looking for budtender/dispensary agents to join our team. This is a Part-Time position that reports directly to the Store Manager. Looking for evening shift and weekend availability. Dispensary Agent’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent care and customer service for all Missouri Medical Marijuana Patients and Adult Recreational Use Consumers. Must have excellent communication skills, sales experience and sales focus, and the ability to work in a team environment. We are located at 1404-A Missouri Blvd. Jefferson City, MO. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts and follow employee timeclock and attendance policies.
• Adhere to general sales expectations and practices.
• Preparing work area and maintaining a clean workspace throughout shift.
• Communicate effectively, professionally, and positively with staff, co-workers and Patients/Consumers.
• Help with daily inventory counts.
• Comfortable working on a computer.
• Fielding customer service issues on sales floor and communicating those issues to the Store Manager for resolution.
• Participate in ongoing individual and group training on constantly evolving product line to satisfy and address Patient/Consumer requests and needs.
• Responsible for cash and debit transactions, as well as maintaining strict control of inventory.
• Performing all other related duties as assigned by the Dispensary Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
