Responsibilities:Qualifications:
- Learn features and benefits of the products we carry, with the ability to share that knowledge with our clients.
- Greet clients, discover their wants and needs for their home, engage them with merchandise options - including features and benefits, and provide exceptional client service during and post-sale.
- Assist clients in designing spaces they'll absolutely love.
- Participate energetically in events and promotion opportunities for our clients.
- Organize and maintain an aspirational merchandise appearance in the showroom.
- Contribute positively to the sales goals of the Team.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
- Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic.

- Excellent earning potential with top Sales Professionals exceeding $100,000 annually. The average annual income is $40,000 - $60,000.
- $18.00 an hour guaranteed - plus additional commissions, bonuses & incentive opportunities.
