Missouri Farm Bureau is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused receptionist to join our Administrative Services team. This is a unique shared position between two individuals, each working 21.25 hours per week, with flexible morning or afternoon half-day shifts to ensure consistent front desk coverage.
SUMMARY: Acts as a receptionist and telephone attendant by greeting visitors and relaying incoming phone calls to the proper department or individual.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with efficiency
- Manage incoming deliveries and FedEx pickups
- Provide light administrative support (e.g., mailings, data entry)
- Coordinate break coverage and support relief scheduling
- Represent the Missouri Farm Bureau with a polished and approachable demeanor
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Warm, professional communication skills - both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work collaboratively in a shared schedule arrangement
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
