What You’ll Do - Drive Growth: Promote and secure new insurance business while maintaining and servicing existing policies and valued policyholders. - Follow Best Practices: Conduct business in alignment with company guidelines, underwriting requirements, and ethical standards. - Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders, fostering positive relationships across the board. - Collaborate with Leaders: Work alongside regional sales managers, Farm Bureau Federation coordinators, and local Farm Bureau Boards to support member service initiatives and county activities. - Maintain Excellence: Meet or exceed training, production, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent professional development. - Assess and Document: Travel to client locations to document and assess insured properties as part of the underwriting process.
