Screen Printing Production Associate

Responsibilities
- Operate both manual and automatic screen printing presses.
- Burn, reclaim, and clean screens for production.
- Mix ink colors to match production requirements.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure prints meet company standards.
- Count and verify production quantities for accuracy.
- Heat press shirts and other apparel as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including general shop cleaning.
- Assist with other production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous screen printing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to keep production running on schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a warm shop environment, especially during the summer months.
