Position Overview
Missouri Embroidery & Screen Printing is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships from inquiry to order approval, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s mission of creativity, integrity, and making every day count.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with completing orders via in-person, phone, and email communication
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into approved quotes
- Present quotes clearly and confidently using company software
- Guide customers in product selection, decoration methods, and timeline expectations
- Follow up on open quotes and maintain consistent communication
Business Development
- Actively pursue new accounts and regional expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in community outreach and networking efforts
Order & Workflow Coordination
- Ensure accurate collection of artwork, sizing, product selections, and deadlines
- Communicate clearly with art, purchasing, and production teams
- Maintain clean and organized customer records
- Assist in managing sample inventory and front-of-house presentation
Front of Store Support
- Maintain a welcoming and organized storefront
- Assist with walk-in customers
- Support phone coverage and shared inbox communication
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM and order management software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
