Position: Case Manager Supervisor
Location: Sikeston, MO (On-site only- No Remote or Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: High $40,000s -Negotiable based on education and experience
Position Summary
The Case Manager Supervisor provides professional leadership, oversight, and support to case management staff serving pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and families enrolled in the Healthy Start program. This position ensures high-quality, responsive care coordination, maintains compliance with program requirements, and supports the achievement of performance measures related to maternal health, infant health, and family well-being. The role also ensures consistent participant pathways and strengthens connections with clinical and community systems to improve health outcomes before, during, and after pregnancy.
Service Region: Butler, Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, and Scott counties.
Candidates selected for an interview must be prepared to demonstrate relevant skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Project Director and Evaluator/Data staff to support compliance.
- Maintains a minimal high-risk telehealth case load.
- Coordinates clients' support services with case managers.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA privacy standards.
- Ensures adherence to the Healthy Start program, guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Supports grant reporting, audits, and data accuracy.
- Strengthen Partner and Community engagement referral networks.
- Supports outreach strategies to recruit and enroll program participants.
- Identifies professional development needs and resources.
- Monitors Health education with assigned curricula.
Qualifications-Required
- Required bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Health, Nursing, Human Services or related field.
- 3-5 years’ direct experience in maternal and child health, home visiting, or care coordination.
- 3-5 years supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of perinatal health, infant development, and family systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, general office technology.
- Ability to manage confidential health-related information (HIPAA awareness).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift to 35 lbs.
Qualifications- Preferred
- Master’s degree (MSW, MPH, MSN, Med, or related).
- Experience working in Maternal & Child Health, public health, or early childhood programs.
- Clinical or social service experience with pregnant women and family support services.
- Familiarity with grant program reporting, data requirements, and quality improvement.
- Experience with web-based data entry.
