About the Job:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in various medical units, including telemetry and cardiac care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Assist with educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Current licensure as a RN in the state of Missouri or eligible for reciprocity.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Prior experience working with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Ability to float to different medical units as needed.
