- Implement established tennis lesson plans and instructional programs.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment for all participants.
- Coach and develop players by providing instruction, feedback, and encouragement appropriate to their skill level.
- Deliver a positive participant and guest experience through professional and responsive service.
- Maintain organized lesson schedules, equipment, and instructional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of tennis instruction or coaching experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively instruct and develop players across applicable skill levels.
