.We are seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and hospitality-driven Sommelier to help shape and maintain an elevated wine program while delivering exceptional tableside service to members and gu

ilties• Curate and maintain a balanced wine selection that reflects quality, craftsmanship, and the club’s preference for wines with terroir expression, minerality, an
d eleance.
• Manage all aspects of wine inventory, including purchasing, receiving, organization, and tracking through approved cellar manage
m
ent sstems.• Provide polished, knowledgeable tableside service, including wine recommendations, pairing guidance, and me
mber edcation.
• Lead wine training for front-of-house staff to ensure confident, consistent service and foundational product knowledge
across he team.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, bottle rotation, and cellar organization to protect wine integr
ity and povenance.
• Assist with beverage cost targets, inventory accuracy, and quarterl
y
audit exectations.• Coordinate with the culinary and beverage leadership teams on pairing menus, by-the-glass selections, and sea
sonal beverge updates.
• Host and support wine-focused events, including tastings, educational sessions, and m
e
mber-drivenexperiences.• Uphold club standards for professionalism, hospitality, and member enga

ement in alli

eractions.Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as a sommelier or wine-focused hospitality professional in an upscale dining, hot
el, or private lub environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of global wine regions, producers, v
a
rietals, and celaring practices.• Confident tableside communication skills with the ability to translate wine knowledge int
o warm, approachale member service.
• Experience with wine cost controls,
purchasing, and iventory management.
• Certification from a recognized wine organization (CMS, WSET, SWE, etc.) preferred but
not required with euivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and front-of-house
l
