We are seeking a full-time Cafe Line Cook for our Downtown Location for our AM shift.
Responsibilities:
Maintains high food safety standards
Follows all safety procedures when operating and cleaning equipment
Prepares ingredients according to recipes and station needs
Monitors inventory and alerts Sous Chef to shortages
Keeps work areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Sets up, maintains, and breaks down prep station
Labels, dates, and properly stores reusable items
Assists with kitchen closing procedures
Participates in staff meetings and offers improvement ideas
Supports additional tasks as assigned by Sous Chef
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
