Busser Responsibilities:

Provide water and bread to tables upon arrival, or requested by table.

Clears plates, silverware, glassware, etc. from dining tables.

Ensures all service stations in the dining room are stocked and ready for service.
- Ensures all service stations in the kitchen are stocked and ready for service.

Assists servers/bartenders as needed during service, ensuring a smooth shift.
Busser Qualifications:

Must be able to carry a drink tray with filled glasses.
- Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Must be organized and be able to communicate effectively during the shift.
