The Missouri Conference of The United Methodist Church seeks a leader for the full-time position of District Administrative Assistant. The District Administrative Assistant will serve in an administrative support role for the District Superintendent of the Northwest District. The qualified candidate will also have the following professional skills:
- Relationship Builder: connects with lots of ministry partners including local church pastors, ministry staff and volunteers, candidates for vocational ministry, vendors and Conference personnel in an authentic way.
- Effective Communicator: communicates effectively with local churches, clergy and lay leaders in a way that is consistent with the vision and values and goals of the Missouri Conference and Northwest District.
- Administrative and Organizational Manager: coordinates and collaborates administrative ministry within the larger Conference system.
