Job Description
Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 a.m- 5:30 p.m.
Our Maintenance Assistant is responsible for keeping our residents' living areas clean and well-maintained to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You're the right candidate if you're pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly.
Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
- Completed work orders from residents and staff
- Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
- Completes special projects as directed
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the State
- Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Willing to train the correct person.
