Missoula Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists is a team of 3 OB/GYN physicians and their dedicated and professional staff members.
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our OB/GYN team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and collecting patient information. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing a high level of care. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization for services.
- Assist with billing and coding of medical services.
- Provide information about Ob/Gyn services to patients and families.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
