Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise tree trimming crew, adhering to industry safety standards.
• Perform all work in a dependable, confidential, and professional manner.
• Manage field documentation, including time, joint utilities, tailgate, or other safety issues.
• Maintain accurate pole line inspection logs and related documentation.
• Climb trees, prune treetops, repair damaged trees, remove broken limbs, fell trees, and load them for disposal.
• Communicate with property owners and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Practice barricading on public highways and right-of-way, using warning signs, devices, and flagging procedures.
