- Graduate of an Accredited Advanced Practice Provider School.
- Nurse Practitioner Certification from ANCC or AANP or Physician Assistant Certification from NCCPA required
- At least one (1) year, and preferably three (3), of internal medicine experience required. Preference will be given to candidates with a history of experience in a perioperative medicine/PAE/PAT/OR or Orthopedic setting
- BLS Certification
