What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and keeping our branch running smoothly. You’ll:
- Build relationships with customers, helping them find the right products and solutions to meet their needs
- Partner with Branch Management and Outside Sales Representatives to process orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate service calls
- Prepare quotes and bids for projects involving welding equipment and supplies
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom — including stocking shelves and setting up product displays
- Assist with checking in freight and UPS shipments as needed
- Serve as a back-up driver for our Winona Route Sales Representatives when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement — or willingness to obtain within a reasonable time
