Duties
- Identify and target potential members and partners through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and territory management to expand membership base
- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase membership benefits and features to prospective members
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on membership retention and problem solving
- Build strong relationships with partners through excellent customer service, ongoing communication, and personalized support
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques including cold calling, negotiation, and direct approaches
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Demonstrated abilities in territory management, lead generation, and inside/outside sales strategies
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize recruitment efforts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for building new relationships and driving membership growth
