Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team! This position will focus primarily on in-house painting for resident apartments, common areas, and campus buildings, while also assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, patching, and touch-ups.
- Prepare and maintain painting supplies, tools, and work areas.
- Assist the maintenance team with some duties like plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance tasks when needed.
- Complete work orders efficiently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Provide courteous and professional service to Elders, guests, and team members at all times.
