Job Duties
(M1) Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business and Office Technology or related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
(M2) Two years' experience working in an office setting.
(M3) Skilled in the operation of personal computers and Microsoft Office.
(M4) Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
(D1) Experience working with Financial Aid.
(D2) Experience With Banner Or Other Administrative Software.
(D3) Experience working in a community or college/university setting.
(D4) Experience with Document Imaging Software.
(D5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Duties
- Maintain an accurate and complete filing system.
- Utilize word processing skills.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with college personnel, students, and the community.
- Upgrade skill level and performance through staff development.
- Be familiar with the College Catalog and Student Handbook.
- Be familiar with and abide by MGCCC Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Coordinate and award federal and institutional work-study.
- Prepare and review reports as necessary.
- Demonstrate exceptional adherence to work schedules and policies as exemplary performance for coworkers.
- Utilize the Banner administrative software and other appropriate software to support office procedures and job duties.
- Perform duties in a multi-task environment with minimum supervision, initiative, good organizational skills, and proficient verbal/written communication skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and/or Dean of Student Services and Enrollment Management.
