Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Janitorial Maintenance technician to join our facilities support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our offices and other workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on buildings, fixtures, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to facility requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
