Role Description Serve as the primary liaison for Document Management as it pertains to Human Resources; coordinate all aspects of contract worker administration, including contract justifications, contract preparation, system entry, orientation, compliance monitoring, and time-sheets; track employee training completion, maintain training records, and prepare educational assistance contracts; monitor performance assessment schedules and ensure timely completion of evaluations; serve as backup recruiter attending career fairs, scheduling interviews and attending interviews as needed; perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
