This Position is for a Support Care Professional Team Lead with an agency location in Gautier MS.
Schedule 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
Semi-skilled level work in the care and supervision of clients at a mental state health facility. First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises and works on floor with direct care staff. Other duties may apply.
Work Location: Gautier
Qualifications and Requirements: Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED); AND 3-5 years of direct care experience with a minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience.
