- Site Leads are responsible for coordinating daily operations during their shift. This role includes training new staff, holding accountability with employees, managing workflow and optimizing production, documenting daily site activity, and building a positive workplace culture. Shift leads engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations.
- Monday - Friday 7pm - 3am
- Manage 3-4 associates per night
- Must complete 9 trucks total in your shift.
- Lead must complete 1 truck himself on every shift. 5 trucks total.
- SOD & EOD submissions.
