Responsibilities

• Leadership -- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication -- Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics Mindedness -- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation -- Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork -- Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management -- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance -- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support -- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving -- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
