**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily and weekend communication with concessions and Tournament Directors.
- Build and publish weekly staff schedules, manage shift coverage and labor budgets.
- Oversee and manage concessions during each event.
- Oversee safety/compliance (incident reporting, food-safety standards, weather monitoring).
- Manage vendor and city partner relationships, coordinate inventory.
- Drive guest experience: wayfinding, cleanliness, complaint resolution, and lost-and-found.
- Maintain and audit inventory each Wednesday, manage receiving and controls.
- Own SOPs: create/update playbooks for concessions, events, weather delays, and closures.
- Support budget planning, monitor spend, propose efficiency improvements.
