Responsibilities: Providing high quality patient care; Displaying good skills in assessment, psycho-diagnosis, treatment planning, group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and discharge planning; Completes annual education requirements; Maintains regulatory requirements; Maintains required licensure; Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner; Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as required.
Requirements: Must Have LCSW; 12 months of experience working with Inpatient and Outpatient Acute Care and Mental Health; Must successfully pass extensive background check, drug screen, and required physical exam; Must maintain confidentiality; Must demonstrate excellent public relations and customer service skills; Must demonstrate commitment to successful teamwork with all staff members; Must demonstrate the ability to work under time constraints with scheduling deadlines; Must have valid driver's license; Must possess good organizational skills, must be able to work extra hours, if needed.
