What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Maint/Building and Grounds position at Mississippi Department of Employment Security?
Perform any work which is assigned by the Director, Manager or Supervisor of the Buildings and Ground Dept. Demonstrate the knowledfe and skills necessary for efficient operations of property. Help to maintain all tools, vehicles, equipment, and complete all tasks as assigned by the Director, Manager or Supervisor. Repair or replace defective equipment using hand tools power tools. Ability to use tools from common hand and power tool, such as hammers, saws drills, wrenches, precision measuring instructions. and electrical and electronic testing devices. Assist or repair roofs, window, doors, floors, woodwork, drywall, and other parts of building structures. mostly Cutting Grass and groundwork within the county area and some overtime. Pay will be discussed at interview.
