What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deputy Clerk position at Mississippi Department of Employment Security?
This is a position for a Deputy Clerk that must have basic computer skills ( Microsoft Office, Typing, accounting,10 key calculator and Math skills are a plus) APPLICANT MUST BE A RESIDENT OF PIKE COUNTY. MUST HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND WILLING TO WORK ACCORDING TO PRESCRIBED LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Duties are but not limited to: Prepare and maintain current data when necessary, do data entry at an average speed and other duties as assigned. Must have some college or a high school diploma with some years of experience in this field. A degree or certification in this field is preferred but not required. Must be reliable and have dependable transportation. Pay will be discussed at interview. A resume is highly recommended with a completed application but not mandatory.
