Summary
Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the concessions department. This includes preparing stands and bars for events, and processing food orders at our concession stands. The work requires a varied work schedule and falls under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations.

Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the concessions department. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Utilizes POS hardware and software to process food sales.
- Assist in the daily operations of the concessions department includingtaking and filling orders plus other duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with fellow coworkers and customers.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Accountable for transactions at his/her workstation.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Accurately track inventory coming in and out of the concession stands.
- Ability to ensure concession stands are properly stocked and equipped toachieve success during shows.
- Monitor concession stands and bars during events.
- Assist the F&B Manger with show & event driven duties with a focus onproviding excellent internal and external customer service.

Education And/Or Experience
- High school graduate/GED preferred
- Customer service experience desired.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Knowledge of Bypass Point of Sale software is preferred.
- The position will work with limited supervision and will require the ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
- Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
