Position:** Mechanic (Automotive, ATV, and Small Engine)
Location:** Mendenhall, MS
Employment Type:** Full-Time
Compensation:** Based on experience
Start Date:** Immediate
Hours from 8-5 M-F. No overtime at this moment. Paid holidays are New Years day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day. Do not offer insurance or vacation time for the time being.
Job Description: **We are a rapidly growing, home-based business seeking a skilled and dependable mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive, ATV, and small engine repair. As we expand, we're looking for someone who can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities: **Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ATVs, and small engines. Ensure quality and safety standards are met on all repairs. Manage time effectively to complete jobs independently. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements: **Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical repair (automotive, ATV, and/or small engines). Must provide your own tools. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications: **Familiarity with both carbureted and fuel-injected engines. Customer-friendly communication skills.
Compensation: **Pay is based on experience and skill level. Growth opportunities available as we expand into a larger facility.
