### Work Hours
1st Shift: Monday thru Friday, 5:45 am to 2 pm. *Saturday hours are generally 5:45 am to 12 pm.
2nd Shift: Monday thru Friday, 1:45 pm to 10 pm. *Saturday hours are generally 11:45 pm to 6 pm.
**3rd Shift: Monday thru Friday, 9:45 pm to 6 am. *Saturday hours are generally 5:45 pm to 12 am or until Sanitation is complete. Please note we have a Monday night start for 3rd Shift.**
Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs
All work performed in excess of 8 hours in any work day or 40 hours straight time in any work week shall be compensated at the rate of time and one half your straight time rate.

- Demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude and the ability to problem-solve.
- Proficient in reading & writing English, and solving basic math problems.
- Knowledge of industrial electronics, including PLCs, drives, schematics, and ladder logic.
- Strong team player who can give and receive constructive feedback.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, co-workers, management and the public.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field. Willingness to pursue further education to keep up with technological advancements.
- Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Provide technical support to the production environment ensuring proper functioning equipment producing consistent quality products.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on high-speed cheese packaging lines.
- Install and remove new and existing equipment as needed.
- Ability to fabricate and machine stainless steel and other materials used in the facility
