- This is a non-state service, time-limited position (NS14). ** Proof documents for quality and accuracy; prepare requisitions and order supplies; draft and type correspondence, agendas and forms; organize and maintain files; respond to incoming calls; receive and distribute mail; assist with the planning and implementation of special projects; prepare and organize meetings and scheduled events; communicate with various individuals and entities; compile data for required reports; maintain confidentiality; and perform related or similar duties as required or assigned. MUST Be able to work in Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, and Smartsheet's
