Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred
