Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security audits to maintain optimal performance
• Provide technical support and training to hospital staff on new and existing systems
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and speed

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of hospital information systems, EHR platforms, and medical device integration
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
