We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Relations Director to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote organizational goals and values
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate community events, programs, and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community engagement aligns with organizational objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community relations activities and adjust strategies accordingly- Represent the organization at community meetings, forums, and public events
-Creates appealing print and digital advertisements and news releases in collaboration with key stakeholders that maintain integrity of Mississippi County Hospital System mission, vision, and values.
-Promotes the organization’s services through active participation in civic events, community organizations, senior centers, employer groups, and other local venues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, Public Relations, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in community relations, business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
