We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Floor Nurse LPN - BAYLOR Weekend Option at Chadwick Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
Work 32 hours get paid for 40!
Weekend Double
Shifts Available:
- 7a-7p
- 7p-7a
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
- Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records.
- Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
- Prepares and administers medication and treatments.
- Consults with physicians.
- Receives and records orders as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Current Mississippi Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license-current/active
- CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
Other Qualifications:
- Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
