Marketing Associate (Federal Experience)

Arlington, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

We're seeking a Marketing Associate to support brand awareness, content development, digital marketing, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing content, presentations, collateral, and social media posts
• Manage social media scheduling, engagement tracking, and content planning
• Support website updates and digital branding initiatives
• Coordinate conferences, events, and marketing logistics
• Develop internal communications, employee-focused content, and company announcements
• Maintain SharePoint content and internal marketing resources
• Manage branded merchandise, vendor relationships, inventory, and fulfillment
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations based on results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of B2B marketing, branding, content creation, or communications experience
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills
• Experience with social media management and website content updates
• Event planning experience is a plus

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in Arlington, VA.
