Job Title: Staff SDET

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience in software development or test automation, with proven leadership in a technical role for at least 3 years
• Expertise in designing and developing custom automation frameworks using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Extensive experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, PyTest, REST Assured, or Postman
• Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EC2, RDS, Step Functions) and cloud-native automation
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• AWS certifications or other relevant certifications such as CSTA
• Experience with performance, load, and security testing strategies
• Knowledge of automation within distributed systems and data pipelines
• Experience mentoring and coaching automation teams
  
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Prior experience leading automation efforts in large-scale enterprise environments
