Job Title: Sr Program Manager
Overview:
This highly visible role offers an exciting opportunity to lead engineering and cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, including new product introduction, installed base programs, and product lifecycle management. Perfect for candidates with R&D and software development experience, the Sr Program Manager will be a vital right-hand to the leadership team, driving innovative, market-leading solutions in a regulated industry. The role involves strategic collaboration, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with high quality and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of product development processes and dependencies
- Familiarity with FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO regulations (60601, 13485, 14971)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, preferably with Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
- Experience with hardware and software applications, including embedded and cloud-based platforms
Nice to Have Skills:
- R&D and software development background, particularly in embedded or cloud software platforms
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3 years as a Program Manager in the medical device industry, managing full program lifecycles from concept to market launch
- 5 years in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, aerospace, or military
