Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new initiative at the intersection of safety, AI-powered cameras, and mobile technology. This newly created role offers the opportunity to build a team from the ground up, drive customer-centric innovation, and shape the roadmap for a strategically aligned, high-growth domain. The ideal candidate is a purpose-driven leader who thrives in ambiguity, has a proven record of building new products and teams, and brings deep expertise in safety technologies, AI, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain, aligning priorities with company goals and KPIs.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration across business (Growth, Legal, GovOps, Implementations) and technical (Product, UX, Engineering, AI) stakeholders.
• Drive innovation through user research, data-driven insights, and rigorous experimentation frameworks.
• Develop scalable processes, measurement standards, and dashboards to support sustainable growth and impact.
• Translate customer needs into high-value initiatives, balancing near-term execution with long-term strategy.
• Protect core business while unlocking new use cases, revenue streams, and strategic opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience in agile software development environments.
• Proven success leading product development in transportation, safety, or related technology domains.
• Experience with automated traffic enforcement, fleet safety, AI (cloud or edge), cameras, and cellular networks.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making, estimation, impact analysis, and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, frameworks, or capabilities from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias for action and ability to create clarity through priorities and roadmaps.
