Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain, aligning priorities with company goals and KPIs.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration across business (Growth, Legal, GovOps, Implementations) and technical (Product, UX, Engineering, AI) stakeholders.
- Drive innovation through user research, data-driven insights, and rigorous experimentation frameworks.
- Develop scalable processes, measurement standards, and dashboards to support sustainable growth and impact.
- Translate customer needs into high-value initiatives, balancing near-term execution with long-term strategy.
- Protect core business while unlocking new use cases, revenue streams, and strategic opportunities.
- 5 years of product management experience in agile software development environments.
- Proven success leading product development in transportation, safety, or related technology domains.
- Experience with automated traffic enforcement, fleet safety, AI (cloud or edge), cameras, and cellular networks.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making, estimation, impact analysis, and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, frameworks, or capabilities from the ground up.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias for action and ability to create clarity through priorities and roadmaps.
